Nice place for a quick stay

We stayed for one night and the room was clean and cozy! The guy at check-in was super friendly, which was a nice surprise. My friends loved the waffles at breakfast, but the parking fee was a bit steep. Also, gotta ask for towel exchanges at check-in, it seems. A picnic area was a cool touch, though!

We loved the super comfy beds and delicious breakfast options! The bathroom's cleanliness was impressive, and the mini fridge made our stay even more convenient. Would definitely choose it again!

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Universal's Islands of Adventure and spent a full day of fun and relaxation at Discovery Cove. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Fitness center had decent equipment. The location is just a 5-minute drive from Disney parks. Breakfast included tasty options like pancakes and fresh pastries.

Families looking for some outdoor fun

We had a lot of outdoor activities at the hotel, plenty of games to keep the kids entertained like ping pong and corn hole, made the stay much more enjoyable. The pool area was clean and welcoming, great for a family with children.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still wasn't too bad, considering the amenities.

Unclear parking costs!!! It's frustrating to learn about unexpected fees upon arrival. Daily housekeeping clearly needs improvement as well!!! Having to request cleaning and towels is just tedious and inconvenient.

The Holiday Inn Express has such lovely, bright decor! I appreciated the accessible features, like ramps and spacious common areas, making it easy for us older ladies to navigate without any fuss.

When I checked in, the staff at the front desk were friendly enough, but they were also a bit unhelpful when I raised my concerns. I found the location convenient, but getting around, especially walking to nearby attractions, felt unsafe at times. There were instances where I had to go down to the reception for key card issues, which was frustrating after long days. Ultimately, I think the hotel has potential, but they could enhance the overall experience by addressing some of these pain points.
